Templewood Partners LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership with Company Number: OC328640 and Templewood Partnership Limited is a Limited Company with Company Number: 07246169.  Both companies are registered in England with Registered Office Address: 6 Grosvenor Street, London W1K 4PZ.  Templewood Partners LLP and Templewood Partnership Limited are two separate legal entities.  Templewood Partners LLP is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) with FRN 471891 and is subject to the FSA rules and guidance, details of which can be found on the FSA’s website at http://www.fsa.gov.uk.  Templewood Partners LLP provides the regulated services to Templewood Partnership Limited and both companies will be hereafter referred to as “Templewood”.

“Templewood Group” refers to Templewood and all Strategic, Network and Capital Partners that are contracted partners of Templewood and are present on http://www.templewood.com/partners.   Mutual confidentiality agreements are in place between Templewood and all Partners.
