Prior to founding a successful corporate finance boutique focused on the small cap sector, Philip was a Partner at Arthur Andersen for 16 years specialising in tax and corporate structuring and several M&A transactions. During his career Philip has been instrumental in introducing innovative products to the financial markets. Philip has operational experience as well as advisory expertise. He was seconded to S&W Berisford plc, as Chief Financial Officer, to determine and then resolve the business problems within that company and became instrumental in the group’s reorganisation and divestment strategy which led to the disposal of several major assets in £sub-billion transactions.
