Ben spent 5 years working for Goldschmidt & Howland specialising in residential sales and lettings, dealing with high end clients and blue chip companies.

Most recently he had been working for David Pearl at Pearl & Coutts working in the commercial lettings department.  This involved brokering deals on behalf of new clients along with asset management/property management.
